Relaxing stay
We stayed here during a visit to disneyworld. Hotel was beautiful. Staff was attentive with excellent customer service. This was a nice break from the maddness of the Disney crowds during the summer. The hotel pool was beautiful but my kids much preferred the Hilton pool next door. Guests of both hotels can use both pools and the Hilton pool has a lazy river and waterside. It is a quick 3 minute walk. Shuttle service to the parks was good but not as frequent as staying on Disney property. One shuttle would make stops at many parks so sometimes it would take 35 minutes to get to your park. All in all if not staying on Disney property this was a good choice.
Tips for Families
Kids will love the Hilton pool but when that pool gets too crowded, and it will, head back to the calm waldorf.
