Good beach, nice pool area, beautiful scenery
This all-inclusive is a good place for a family looking for a spot where they can just hang for days doing the beach/pool thing, yet have the option to go off-property occasionally to explore. It’s not a resort with a sprawling beach. You can’t walk to town(s), so you’ll need either a rental car or to make use of taxis and/or “safari” vehicles (open-air truck/bus hybrids). Laid-back, flexible, relaxing, comfortable but not luxurious, friendly, personable. There’s an area on the property that has the spa, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf course, bumper boats, and an “activity center” that has a couple of arcade games, a foosball table, and snacks/drinks. Non-motorized watersports are included in the AI rate. Three freeform pools connected by little “waterfalls”. A couple of larger waterfalls to swim in/around/under/behind.
Tips for Families
Try the “Sea Trek” at nearby Coral World.
