Cute, Clean and Quiet.
This is an independently owned motel and attention to detail and pride of ownership were evident throughout the property. We liked the location, and the easy access to Lions Gate Bridge, downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park. This is a “budget” motel so expecting anything else would be unrealistic. The rooms were large, clean and updated. There is a nice pool on the property.( It would be nice to have a map of the property in the room, it took me forever to find the ice machine- it is in the laundry room.) Breakfast was good but seemed understaffed. The two women who were washing dishes and re stocking food were constantly on the run and they were always out of something. Over all, we really liked it and would stay here again.
Tips for Families
There is not a lot to do or eat immediately around the hotel so be prepared to drive anytime you need to leave the property.
