Had some electrical issues when we visited. The rooms were spacious with game system for kids. The kids had a good time. The waterpark was clean but crowded. The food was okay nothing special. Also, prices are a bit pricey. Convenient location.

Tips for Families
Food and extra activities can get expensive, and food is mediocre at best. Bringing your own food for breakfast and ordering take out pizza which they will deliver right to the hotel is a great way to go.

Great place for family and friends. All areas were super clean and very safe lifeguards present everywhere! Kids loved it and we do plan to go back

Up grade to the larger sized rooms and bring extra people to share the expenses and fun! Can’t hurt to bring a cooler also.

Family Fun
We stayed in the Family Fire Place Suite. The kids loved the room. It was spacious, clean, and modern. Upon check-in you receive your water park bracelets right away so the kids could immediately start enjoying the water park. I felt the water park was safe & not overwhelming as some are. I was able to see my children from wherever I was sitting which was a big comfort to me. My daughter enjoyed the children’s spa & we a bought a beautiful porcelain doll, dressed in a Spa Robe, adorable!

The children’s spa was very expensive but the merchandise was reasonably priced. The spa treatment was very short. We stayed 2 nights & that was plenty of time there, anything longer would be overwhelming & too expensive. It is worth eating out. The food is not the greatest at the hotel.
