Reasonably priced suites in a good location
I read mixed reviews of this hotel, some saying it was a great location and others saying it was in a less than safe part of town. I checked with a friend from Toronto and she said it would be fine, even confirming with her brother who still lived there. The 2 bedroom jr. suite was not exactly what I was expecting but it was very nice. I thought one of the bedrooms would have two twin beds but that was my mistake. The hotel does not have any suites with three beds. We ended up putting the kids in the king bed and the parents in the smaller bedroom. The kitchenette was okay for what little we used it. The buffet breakfast was great for us. (Just watch for other guests stealing your table! Keep one person at the table while others get their food.) Kids loved checking out the rooftop hot tub area. Great view! Would have been great for lounging if we had more time.
Tips for Families
If you have a car, the zoo and science center are a lot of fun. We walked to the CN Tower and Skydome for a baseball game.
