Great hotel, great location
Located on the outside of town, which means you’ll need to drive into town but it’s nice because it’s quiet and it’s easy access to Cadillac Mountain and Acadia National Park. Heated indoor and outdoor pools are good for the kids. Not a whole lot of play areas around the hotel, so for that you’ll be headed to either Acadia or the beach.
Tips for Families
Bring your bikes, because there are lots of carriageways/trails in Acadia. If you’re there in the fall, for a beautiful sunrise head to either the top of Cadillac Mountain or Boulder Beach (classic photo location).
