One Ski Hill Place is just steps from four chairlifts, providing easy access to Peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10 and to the charming Town of Breckenridge via the new seasonal BreckConnect Gondola. It will be the center piece of Breckenridge Peaks, a lively village offering a variety of lodging, dining and entertainment options. The Breckenridge Peaks’ amenities include a sunny slopeside skiers’ plaza, skier restaurant, lively apres-ski bar, owners’ ski lounge, 5,000-square-foot conference center and heated underground parking. Also proposed are two movie lounges; a game room, a fitness center with sports massage rooms, steam room and a sauna; and an aquatics center with two swimming pools, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and outdoor fireplace.
