Joule Hotel Dallas, Dallas, Texas
The restoration of the 1920’s neo-Gothic facade is further enhanced by a new 129 room, 10-story tower and striking lobby. With elegant ambience and exhilarating contemporary design by Tihany Design, the building’s legacy of scale allows for high columns enhanced with a new sweeping dark lime oak beam. Guestrooms, in compelling configurations including duplex suites and a penthouse with private access and a rooftop terrace, are invitingly sleek, with high-end finishes, inventive decor and original furniture designs that maximize the use of space. The deep blue-, grey-, and burgundy-toned rooms feature iconic black and white photographs of downtown Dallas in its social, architectural and artistic light, specially commissioned for the hotel. Building off the hotel’s theme, Charlie Palmer at the Joule has created a distinctively American menu that lets diners customize their selections . The acclaimed chef and restaurateur has also created a trendsetting underground bar that will offer a lively option for late-night cocktails.
